Hello from Foothills Unitarian Church. We are working toward the goal of creating a coalition of faith communities
and other justice groups who will ultimately be able to provide sanctuary for undocumented people,
or anyone who feels in danger of being deported.

In response to recent executive orders on immigration, Foothills Unitarian Church will hold a planning and strategy meeting
on Saturday February 25 from 1 to 3 pm in their social hall at 1825 Yorktown Avenue in Fort Collins to explore developing a
NoCo Network of Faith-based Sanctuary Communities.

Jennifer Piper, an immigration rights specialist with the Denver American Friends Service Committee will be the facilitator.

The meeting will:
. Present information and answer questions about the Sanctuary Movement
. Discuss our options in Northern Colorado
. Identify tools needed to help attendees develop a discernment plan and approach their leadership about beginning the process.
. Include members of the immigrant & faith communities

Northern Colorado faith communities are each invited to send 2-3 people.

Let us join in courageous love to protect our vulnerable neighbors!
